Protective leather snake chaps or gaiters. These chaps feature a 5 ounce leather front panel with full knee coverage and a flex cut-out at the base of the knee for easy mobility. The side panels are also made from 5 ounce leather. They zip closed in the back of the chaps with heavy 3/4" brass zippers that are covered by a leather flap and velcro closure.  A leather heel string is included to hold the chaps in position.  We recommend choosing a size that is at least 1" larger than your snug calf measurement at the largest part of your calf.

These snake chaps may be custom ordered with a black latigo or burgundy latigo front panel if a firmer front panel is desired.  Other leg colors may also be special ordered.
