Standard Return Policy
B Bar B guarantees any defects in workmanship or materials for the reasonable life of the product. If you are not happy with an item when you receive it, you may return it in new condition and we will gladly refund your money or exchange for another item.  Please contact us prior to shipping if you are returning any products that have been used, as a restocking charge may apply.  Custom orders may not be returned.

Return Instructions - please write us a note with the following information:

• Why you are returning the item (wrong size, wrong item, didn't like style, etc.)
• How do you want to handle the return: exchange, or refund using the original method of payment?
• To whom and where to send the exchange or refund including your full name and address, a daytime telephone number, fax number or email address.

When shipping items back, we strongly recommend that you insure the package for an appropriate amount and get a tracking number if possible. Please return the item(s) with your instructions to:
