I would like to thank you guys for a job well done. I just got my half chaps and they look great. I will be wearing them tonight on the way home from work. The workmanship, the leather, everything they just look and feel incredible. the gloves are nice as well. Small problem, My Big Harley RIng jams up in the finger slot but I am sure that since they are my new favorite gloves I will have that stretched out in a day or so of riding.
Once again, I would like to say thank you. It is truly nice when you pay good money for good product.

Our basic chinks are great for both work and pleasure riding. B Bar B was established in 1961 and we have been making chinks now for more than 50 years. All our chaps are made here in the USA at our facility in Blackfoot, Idaho.
We make all of our chinks with quality leather and workmanship. They are made with our own design which is both clean looking and good fitting. We buy our leather from the very best sources at the most competitive prices, making our quality and price combination hard to match. You can rest assured that when you buy a pair of chinks from B Bar B that you will have made a great buy and that any better value will be tough to find.
In stock sizes: They are ready to ship in sizes Jr, xsmall, small, medium, large, and xlarge.
Why chinks? They are a 3/4 length chap which secures to the upper leg. The upper leg closure can consist of buckles and straps, snap and dee, zipper closure, and step-in. They have an "open" design which allows the best circulation of air. They are cooler in warm weather but still provide extra warmth in cold weather. It is a very versatile chap that can be used in all seasons. The chink is also the least cumbersome and bulky, providing less restriction to movement while still providing good upper leg protection from trees, brush, and other elements. They are simply a great all-around chap for most conditions.
Chink length: They can vary in length to just below the knee to nearly full length depending on the preference of the person using them. Our regular stock chinks come in a 32" standard length which includes 6" fringe. We also have a shorter 29-30" length called a "value chink" that also includes 6" fringe. These two lengths will fit the majority of riders.
Size adjustment: The back-belt is laced on in v-braid fashion and can be adjusted 2" larger. The front belt is a buckle and strap that is also adjustable more than 2". The thigh size is also adjustable plus or minus 2 inches.
Leg closures: Our chinks include buckle and strap leg closures, but we also have snap and dee leg closures in our inventory. You may select this option when ordering.
Available leather: Some styles are available in specialty colors like buckskin, but most of our inventory is made with a variety of "earth-tone" colored leathers in the 4.5 to 6 ounce weight range. The earth-tone leathers will vary in color and texture and will range from firmer to softer leather and oil-tan and non-oil tan.
The chinks that are in-stock may be made from any range of the earth-tone leathers that we have available at the time. The colors may not be the same exact leather or color as the chaps shown in the photos. We will list several leather preferences for you to request when ordering your chinks. If you make requests for color, weight, texture, and etc., we will try to accommodate your request but we may be limited by our current inventory of leathers.
Request photos: Photos of the exact chinks hat are in-stock may be requested. Email or phone us with your leather preferences and we will email photos of the pairs in our inventory that most closely match your request. That way, you can see exactly what is available. We normally send them within a few minutes of your call if it is during normal business hours.
Order information: When you are looking at the details for any stock chink, please review all the available photos. You will see that there is much helpful information available in the photos. There is a photo showing typical earth-tone colors, a photo showing the exact dimensions, and a photo showing you how to measure so that you may select the proper size.
