I would like to thank you guys for a job well done. I just got my half chaps and they look great. I will be wearing them tonight on the way home from work. The workmanship, the leather, everything they just look and feel incredible. the gloves are nice as well. Small problem, My Big Harley RIng jams up in the finger slot but I am sure that since they are my new favorite gloves I will have that stretched out in a day or so of riding.

Once again, I would like to say thank you. It is truly nice when you pay good money for good product.

Thanks,

About Us

It all started with leather repair work in the basement of Bob Schild’s parents.  He made belts, wallets, purses, and etc. to make extra money during the start of his rodeo career.  He went on to win the 1954 Intercollegiate Championships in both Saddlebronc and Bareback riding.  He was also twice runner-up for the Intercollegiate All-Around Title in 1953 and 1954.

After graduation in 1954 he began a successful full-time professional rodeo career. During this time he carried a sewing machine and some supplies in his camper while traveling to rodeos and made rodeo chaps and other items for extra income.

He continued with his professional rodeo career until he and his wife Gay opened B Bar B Leather in a tiny shop located on Main street in Blackfoot, Idaho in 1961.   He continued to compete part-time in rodeo until 1969 to support the new business and new family.  Bob and his wife Gay operated and grew the store with a commitment to quality and values which they taught to their three sons.  They turned-over the business to their son’s Jeff, Shawn, and Kelly in 1994.

B Bar B Wholesale was started in 1996 to help increase business to a level that could support all three brothers and provide retirement for their parents.  B Bar B Wholesale has followed the same commitment to quality and values as shown by Bob and Gay during their 33 years of hard work and care for their customers.  We hope to continue that level of service and will do our best to provide the best value and service for our customers.  We understand that without you, our very important customers, we would not have a successful business.

Best Wishes to you all,

Kelly Schild
